telephone skills (for inbound and outbound operations)

These courses focus upon strengthening the telephone skills of internal staff.  They help the teams become more aware of how to influence customers over the telephone, how to deal with dificult calls inluding how to calm angry customers down and generally increase the standard of service provided.

Overall, ALP telephone courses fall in to two distinct areas:

  • telephone sales which includes both inbound and outbound telesales operations
and 
  • customer care which includes customer service and helpdesk operations.
